Three months in, three months to go. Anyone who tells you that you can complete the Dopey Challenge with just a little bit of pixie dust is lying to you. It takes a lot of work!
Monday -5.3 miles
Tuesday -6.1 miles
Wednesday -10.6 miles
Thursday -17 miles (and it was absolutely awful, right from the very first step!)
Friday -REST DAY
Saturday -6.1 miles
Sunday -7.3 miles
Total Weekly Mileage: 52..4
This upcoming week will be a challenge to get all the miles in because I will be traveling. How do you keep up your training when you travel?
