One month from today, I'll be kicking off the first leg of the Dopey Challenge with the WDW Marathon Weekend 5k. It's hard to believe that the first 3.1 miles of the challenge is only a month away. All that's left is the last few weeks of training and one more 20 miler. I can't wait to get the challenge started!
Monday: 5 miles
Tuesday: 7.3 miles
Wednesday: 10 miles
Thursday: 20 miles
Friday: 2.8 miles
Saturday: 5 miles
Sunday: REST DAY
This past week's 20 miler didn't go as well as the one a few weeks ago, but still wasn't as bad as it could have been. I wanted to quit at mile 9 and then again at mile 17. But I kept pushing myself to persevere through the run and I'm so glad I did. My goal is to finish the challenge feeling *mostly* good.
